The Festival is held the last full week of April each year.
Thursday night is our annual Carnival “Buddy Nite”. We start the Carnival with buy one ride band and get a second ride band for half price. The Carnival rides open at 5:00 p.m.

Village of Shepherd/Wright Ave. The Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival parade is the grand finale for the weekend-long festival. The parade will be on April 30, 2017 starting at 2:30 p.m.
The parade begins on Wright Ave.
Location: Soccer Field, North Second Street. Entrance off N. Second Street or South Shepherd Road

10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
The flea market will consist of a huge collection of vendors, crafts and distributors of a wide variety of new and used goods, curios and collectibles. There are 30 booths, with no 2 booths offering the same products, so you’ll be sure to find that special treasure or gift.
The Festival of Quilts will be held on Saturday, April 29 during the 2017 Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival. Community members can submit their quilts, wall hangings, runners, and/or mini-quilts as entries in the festival. Submitted pieces can be recently completed works by local quilters or cherished family heirlooms. The stories that accompany each quilt are always interesting to read.
