Are you interested in hosting an event during the Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival or would you like to present an idea to the board? You’re welcome to attend and share your proposal.

Details:

• If you want to propose an event or partnership, bring a brief description of your idea, expected needs (space, equipment, permits), and any relevant experience or references.

• Meetings provide an opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback, and learn about timelines and requirements for festival participation.

To ensure your proposal gets appropriate consideration, prepare a one-page summary and any visuals, and be ready to provide contact information. If you can’t attend in person, you may submit your proposal in writing for the board’s review, to: shepmaplesyrupfest@gmail.com
